Central Point of Coordination (CPC):
The CPC office is the entry
point for accessing county Mental Health and Substance Abuse funding for
persons with disabilities. The CPC Administrator is responsible for
monitoring all county Mental Health and Substance Abuse functions in Keokuk
Count including intake, determining eligibility, service planning, and
authorization of all Mental Health & Substance Abuse expenditures. Please

General Assistance (GA):
General
Assistance provides emergency assistance to Keokuk County residents to meet
basic needs such as food, shelter, food, medical, and utilities. It is not
intended to provide on-going, long term assistance to any individual and/or
