REFUND OF DEPOSIT

Keokuk County Conservation Board

In order to have the $50.00 deposit refunded:

· All trash must be removed from the cabin and placed in dumpster located

at the entrance of the park. (Garbage bags are provided)

· Pet waste must be removed from the cabin yard daily.

· Restroom, including shower must have all surfaces wiped down and the toilet

cleaned.

· Table, stove, sink and countertops must be wiped down and clean.

· Floors must be swept and damp mopped with broom and mop provided.

· Pets must be kept outdoors at all times.

· No smoking is permitted in the cabins.

· No cooking or grilling is permitted on the porch.

· All cleaning equipment is supplied.

· The deposit is not construed as a limit of liability for damages.

Keokuk County and its agents may take any legal actions necessary to

recover damages.

The Keokuk County Conservation Board appreciates your cooperation in helping the staff maintain a nice facility for all to use.
