Issuing Certificate showing Federal Tax Lien on file $6.00 fee

per request.  Request a copy of Federal Tax Lien $5.00 per copy.

Copies of documents $1.00 per page faxed or $1.00 per document emailed.

Certified land documents $5.00 for first page, $1.00 for every

page thereafter.

Any page longer than 14 inches and any attached piece will be considered an additional page.

*In addition to the above fees, DEEDS, SUBDIVISION PLATS,

CONDEMNATIONS, CHANGE OF NAME, CONTRACTS and some AFFIDAVITS OF OWNERSHIP require an additional $5.00 transfer

fee for every section or block of land referenced.  Maximum fee $50.00.

**Releases, Assignments, Affidavits and any document affecting multiple documents of record are charged $7.00 per each

document referenced or transaction required.
